I have to to start the day with scrubbing and cleansing my face. Then I prep and prime to prepare keep my face in place all day. I put the basics on next, my concealer and then my tinted moisturizer. I then apply my eyemakeup to allow time for the base concealer and tinted moisturizer to dry - then it's time to seal the moisturizer in with my MAC powder, bronzer, and creme blush. I always end with rosebud salve - the best feeling on my lips.

My favorite trend of summer is Neon + Neutrals. I think it's fun to mix some staple, neutral wardrobe pieces with trendy, fun bright pieces.

Being able to wear multiple textures and vibrant colors screams confidence to me. Especially in a way that pulls it all together with clean lines and makes the look appear very well thought out and styled.

I love how a rich, navy or sapphire blue pops against soft pinks and believe it gives a sophisticated and elegant feel to any wedding. I'm more of a simplistic, sophisticated person as far as fashion goes. Being raised strictly Southern, the preppiness of navy mixed with the graciousness of soft pink really matches well with the color palettes associated with the south. I love the clean lines and elegant feel of adding pearls and the feminine touch that ruffles add.
